Overview: A venture capital Dao that builds and invests in communities. Where collaborations are made to further cash flow in early-stage developers and entrepreneurs. All proposals and funding are member-sourced and conducted by all holders who can vote and be involved with the incubation and shipment of ideas and project funding.

Vision: The creation of vape juice supplier is a decentralized venture fund aiming to invest in communities by pooling funds, knowledge and expertise for early-stage developers and entrepreneurs through DAO member-sourced research and funding. 
 
The problem: Venture capitalism has a stereotype clouding the endeavour; money hungry and uninterested in the public good. Which has led to halting innovation; nevertheless, in web3, we have a light at the end of the tunnel. The ability to launch a fund controlled by the community, guided by the community, and watched over by the community; is tremendous. You have the power to lobby within a decentralized fund with no strings attached and pass a proposal that will lead to an injection of cash. Entrepreneurs are at the heart of any community, and funding is innovation's best friend.
 
The customer: The service of entrepreneurs is one I take with great honour. It is the simple purpose of generating ethical returns as a service. Entrepreneurs are the Dao's customers. You are the heart of the Dao. It is up to you how collaborations work, and it is up to you on your investment proposals.
 
The solution: Both entrepreneurs and investors thrive in a functioning society with a favourable environment. Over the centuries, democracy, public infrastructure, and healthcare are all examples of what happens when you take innovations, talent and funds incubated towards a common goal. Taken together, allow this Dao to become a common goal for crypto and web3 enthusiast as Dao's represent the glue for incubation of generating returns for the heart of what makes crypto world stage material. Without developers and entrepreneurs, there is no web3, no sound monetary system, and no innovation. 
 
The market: The global venture capital market reached a market cap of $211.2 billion in 2021. In addition, respected IMARC Group expects the need to reach $584.4 billion by 2027. If you look at the top ten DAO-related projects, crypto-based entrepreneurs don't even come close to having access to funds at a world stage level. This is a new market, and to be frank, most attempts were subpar or greed scams with few projects that came out on top, but there need to be more VC funds in our space. We can take back market share. It is every web3, in general, every developer and entrepreneur's dirty secret. They want venture money to fight against a system disproportionate to the public's good. A billion-dollar company doesn't want to give a crypto entrepreneur funds because, as of now, the profit isn't there, so they say. Also, it is terrible for businesses; they sell your data. They don't want to hear your pitches. But with our web3 Dao's approach, we can find gems in our communities and give them a spotlight funded by the community to take back market share and demand respect as the days of Instagram and so many other tech companies' business models are failing. They have no way to generate community money because they steal communities' data and sell to advertisements, and they use VC money to do this. They've created tension with their communities through a parasitic relationship. They need their customers. But in web3, we need our community and good ideas to get funded. The death of the social media companies as we know it is simply a wealth transfer to the innovative, starved part of our society that big tech and government as been limiting because they're creating monopolies. There is no religion in Instagram going under; we need better tech and better social ideas.
 
Business model: The incubation of funds is a USD 500,000 target with an initial token offering of USD .1, where every USD .01 invested 1000 $vapejuice is minted for the Dao. In addition to the above, for every $50,000 of capital investment, $vapejuice 2x's in value up to the $500,000 seed target generating 50% of the token supply. The remaining 50% gets distributed to the community after the first seed round finalization. Furthermore, token holders can offer governance and investment proposals and vote on such. Lastly, there is a 10% reserve rate and a 2.5% Dao referral rate to honour a continuous liquidity Dao model.
