# Who is Maxwell Bruno ?

Maxwell Bruno is a Musician and Digital Artist from Nairobi Kenya.

As a Visual Artist, he uses lense based images with a blend of 2D to highlight/showcase rich African heritage & impactful historical events that have been forgotten. However, he doesn't limit his visual artistry to one specific style.
As a musician, he is a Multi-genre Singer, Rapper and Record Producer mixing and juggling in between different music genres

In simple terms, he terms himself as a "Musical Artist".

He got into crypto back in 2016 and has been creating/releasing different forms of content i.e Blogs, Music, Art on the blockchain for over 4 years.

He has been involved with NFTs since 2018 mainly collecting gaming NFTs and releasing original music onchain where he also got to sell his first musicNFT on the music platform UJO in the form of UJO badges in that same year.

He has dropped various collections of NFTs on different NFT marketplaces that include Music NFTs/Audio NFTs, Digital Art NFTs, Digital Fashion NFTs, Generative Art NFTs, Parody NFTs, CultureNFTs and even Profile Pic NFTs.
He has done successful collaborations with various artists in the NFT space and continues to do more collaborations with more NFT creators.

Maxwell Bruno is the originator of Tokenized Culture onchain, in other words Non Fungible Culture which can be abbreviated as NFCs.
His most ambitious project NFC aims to help in onboarding and establishing different global cultures onchain thereby ensuring that these cultures are verified, authenticated, stamped and carefully preserved on the blockchain.
One of the main cultures that he himself has managed to bring/onboard on to the blockchain is the Matatu Culture. 
Matatu Culture is an urban culture which is special and unique to his home country Kenya.
 
Maxwell Bruno is a strong advocate for freedom, equality, and decentralization. 
He strongly believes that blockchain technology is capable of positively transforming the world in the most unimaginable ways. 

Maxwell Bruno is one of the first (if not the **first** musician) to become a DAO.
He is a human museum with historical significance on the blockchain.

On top of all these, He is Multi-chained, Inter-chained & Cross-chained; operating across different multiple blockchains.

Fortunately, there is no Roadmap, we don't need a Roadmap. 
There is no false promises & setting up unrealistic goals. 
As a musician & a digital artist, Maxwell Bruno is the Roadmap, as he grows artistically and in both of his careers on web3 , the value of the DAO grows. In other words, Maxwell Bruno is the utility.

# Funding & Tokenomics

There will be a total of 5 funding rounds after which no more coins will be minted.

**Round 1** will have a funding goal of $100,000 

**Round 2** will have a funding goal of  $150,000

**Round 3** will attempt to raise a total of $250,000

**Round 4** will aim for a funding goal of $300,000

**Round 5** will be the last and final round with a funding goal of $200,000

The total fundraising goal is **$1,000,000**.

After Round 1 & 2 funding rounds close, the other funding rounds & any other future funding round will be decided whether to happen by DAO community members through voting.
I strongly believe that it will be possible to achieve every goal set by the following DAO project and even surpass our expectations, there by growing the value of the DAO and the value of the coin.
