We are inspiring and supporting new movements all over the world that will help democratise wellness. 

Currently developing our first app, which is a decentralized marketplace and matchmaking plattform for wellness experiences - soon to be released on DeSo. 

After the release of the platform we will focus on building a next-generation network state. With a new twist: 
- Instead of embassies, we will have wellness sanctuaries 
- By 2050 we aim to have new.tech sancturary in every city with 100 000 inhabitants or more, built by a local entrepreneur with deep knowledge about local needs and traditions. 
- By 2030 we will have a new.tech sancturary in places like Gaza and Bakhmut, providing amazing wellness experiences to locals and visitors

Holders of our tokens will receive special rewards and privileges as we rapidly grow our reach and impact. One example are complimentary credits in our wellness platform, well as free entrances / discounts at our wellness sanctuaries.

Our tokenomics: 

**Five tokens per minute from 22.02.2022 and to infinity.**

For our current fundraising we will distribute a maximum of 5 256 000 tokens. This covers all the tokens generated between 22.02.2022 and 21.02.2024. Unsold tokens will be kept in our treasury. 

After this we will be rapidly selling batches of 300 tokens at a time, to carefully selected individuals. The first batch will be sold for $1, the second will be sold for $2, the third for $3 and so forth. When we have sold batch nr. 144 000, we will release our 1000 year vision and roadmap. 

Why **five** tokens per minute?

- 1️⃣ Breathe in, slowly (four seconds).
- 2️⃣ Hold (two seconds).
- 3️⃣ Breathe out, slowly (four seconds).
- 4️⃣ Hold (two seconds).
- 5️⃣ Repeat the steps above, **five** times per minute.

Without calm breath, there is no wellness.
