(So the community can contribute to its testing)

Hey @deso (or @LazyNina ), on the GetAppState endpoint on a Testnet node (i.e. IsTestnet: true), shouldn't it return a list of other Testnet nodes? https://test.deso.org/api/v0/get-app-state

... I'm seeing it return Mainnet nodes in it's Nodes list.

(I was hoping to find other Testnet nodes via this API call... I guess internally it doesn't use this list for Node discovery and syncing?)
