Orange Theory Fitness is a cult-like fitness business similiar to the popularity of CrossFit in the states( locations worldwide though) . What differentiates it from CrossFit is that it focuses on High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT. There big focus is staying in certain "zones" of heartrate and if you stay in the Orange zone long enough you'll hit the right amount to kickstart a continuous burn (I don't think scietifcally proven" but after a year of workouts in that picture I lost somewhere in the realm of 45 pounds after going on average 3-4 times a week.
