We visited a gallery, high hopes, bold outfits.
We waited. And waited.
Front garden. Locked door. Nothing but the sound of falling leaves and Mimi’s sighs echoing in the courtyard.
After 90 minutes:

The gallery owner vanished like a ghost in an art film.
Mimi nearly fainted in poetic despair.
