## Yield 

All holders of the Altumbase DAO will be entiteled for yield share based on Altumbase DAO token ownership share.

## Governance

All holders will take part in governance of the Altumbase project.

### Fund raised will be used for following:

- take our current analytical platform to the next level
- launch new professional node with paid access. This node will have advanced analytical / statistical / automation tools for professional/business use.
- develop API with advanced statistics that will be provided to other node operators.

### Revenue of Altumbase will come from:
- paid access to API
- access fees for advanced analytics
- access fees for the professional node. 

**And yes, we already have revenue, which will grow with the growth of DeSo!**

In the current funding round we are looking to raise $DESO 8000 ($100,000) which represents 10% of total Altumbase value. Our next round will sell additional 10% of Altumbase, but at the higher valuation.

### Pre-sale for Altumbase CC Holders

We have exchanged a total of 25.76951644 Creator Coins to DAO tokens for 39 Altumbase CC holders.

We have reserved 17.3547 DAO tokens for those CC holders who did not send in their CC yet. All existing Altumbase CCs will be exchanged to Altumbase DAO 1:1.
 
FR is now set to 100% so that no new CCs can be purchased.

### Altumbase DAO Pricing

The current price for Altumbase DAO token is set to 20 $DESO.

It will increase by 0.5% after every Ð400 contributed.

### Total number of DAO tokens

Number of Altumbase DAO tokens will be capped at 4000.

### Initial Token Allocation

10% of tokens will be allocated to the Altumbase Founders.

Additional 20% of tokens will be allocated to be distributed between founders and employees based on input in further Altumbase Growth.

10% (400 tokens) Will be sold in this round. (This includes tokens distributed in pre-sale)

60% of tokens will be sold in future rounds.

# About Shade Flowers project
This project was launched on June 2, **2018**. That is, the Shade Flowers has existed for over **4 years**.

This is a graphic project, which initially had to specialize in line art of flowers and portraits. The vast majority of all drawings were performed using an ordinary computer mouse. Some of the created drawings became prints on cups.

This project started as a hobby. Now it has become a little bigger than a hobby.

# What are we creating now?
Linear drawings. Female portraits. Drawings of flowers. Brushes for Photoshop. Layouts of NFT banknotes. Funny coins. Layouts for printing on cups, T-shirts, bags. And other.

# What are the achievements?
- Over 500 unique drawings have been created
- More than 2700 NFT has been mined on DESO
- More than 2000 copies of various NFTs were donated 
- Unique NFT banknotes for DESO have been created
- More than 100 NFTs were sold
- Made more than 23,000 posts, replies, reposts on DESO
- During the year on the bitclout Shade Flowers was able to collect more than 60 DESOs
- **Part of received DESOs were transferred to needs of the Ukrainian army, which is resisting the Russian occupiers**

# What are the benefits of Shade Flowers DAO?

# How to get Shade Flowers DAO coins?
1. Project DAO coins can be obtained as a reward for purchasing NFT. The amount of DAO received will correspond to the NFT price in DESO. For example, buying NFT for 1 DESO you will get 1 DAO.

Early buyers of my NFTs, who have made investments, donations and purchases of more than 2 DESOs, will receive special "NFT artifacts" that will increase the number of DAOs received. Followers who have always supported me will also benefit. But the number of "artifacts" will be limited.

2. **You can exchange your Shade Flowers Creator Coins for Shade Flowers DAO coins.**  If you send me ShadeFlowers CC you will receive ShadeFlowers DAO at the rate of DESO.  Now course 2.04 DESO for 1 ShadeFlowers CC. That is, returning 1 CC you get 2.04 DAO. 

# What are these funds for?
1. Support and involvement of artists from Ukraine.
2. Part of the funds received from donations and sales will be donated to charity. In particular, to help refugees and to purchase equipment for Ukrainian soldiers. We have already made similar donations. Despite the difficult times and circumstances. There are contacts of reliable volunteers who deal with such issues. 
3. Purchase of equipment. Since the working PC and equipment remained in Ukraine, the project requires the purchase of a powerful laptop. Software. Purchase a camera. (The project really needs a good camera) Hard drive for storing materials and photos. And also the project finally needs a graphics tablet.
4. Some of the women who became prototypes of Shade Flowers drawings are now in difficult circumstances. We hope to send some of the funds to help them.
5. Work space. The project now exists outside of Ukraine. And these are forced circumstances. ShadeFlowers needs a cozy place and time for creativity. The resources available now will not be enough.
6. There are plans to increase the project team.
7. Purchase of equipment for the production of original cups, T-shirts and bags. This is an unattainable dream. But it could take the project to a new level.

As you can see, there are many areas.
