The bounty is a one-time thing. People need a regular daily incentive - post2earn, Articuno diamonds, Trading Influencer tokens (like WSB's token 2 days back), etc. Need one or more of these to drive retention and growth.

Even the 7k is not DAU because it is over 14 days and many may not even have come back once after claiming the bounty and/or registering.
