Hopefully we see a trend change here in the active users soon... and more demand comes online for such content.

But, even looking over the past week the level of engagement per post is abysmal for the type of content being provided. Simply put, the current DeSo ecosystem (in general) does not hold value in external news... but I hope in the system it becomes, that demand will appear.
