Pidhirtsi castle, Lviv region. Ukraine.
A well-preserved Renaissance palace in the village of Podgortsy, surrounded by defensive structures. Built in 1640. Its architectural grace is in no way inferior to the best palaces of the Renaissance. The park, in the greenery of which the castle is buried, gives a unique look to the architectural ensemble. In the castle, episodes of the Soviet films "D'Artanyan and the Three Musketeers" and "The Wild Hunt of King Stakh" were filmed.
