people are used to advertisements .. where they pay NOTHING... 

i think the transition HAS to be an advertisement model that gets people to join for free... and get paid as they use it(not at the end of the week, but they use)! 

.. then over time.. some of those people will NOT want Ads .. and will use the option only when they want to earn money while doing so.
