this poor guy has been active on chain. Engaged with many people here. People have engaged back. Is he a bad actor?  ....no!   

He should NOT have to beg for a blue mark 
.. just by his TWO-WAY engagement with people! People you already engage with ....is "proof" they are a good actor
(maybe a bot, tho. does it matter? - if engagement has value?).
