## Introduction

We invite you to join us at [DeSoOps.com](https://desoops.com), which we aim to develop into the leading management and utility portal for DeSo users. Our initiative is off to a great start with successful distributions of $DESO, Tokens, and Creator Coins to our active community members. Your support can help us elevate DeSoOps to new heights!

## Supporting the Focus App Launch

DeSoOps is aligning its upcoming features with the launch of the "Focus" app by the core DeSo team, scheduled for [11th November 2024](https://focus.xyz). Our enhancements aim to integrate seamlessly with Focus, turning DeSoOps into a vital tool for all DeSo users. This will include a minimal monthly subscription fee of $0.99 for advanced features.

### Upcoming Enhancements:
- **DeSo Account Integration:** Users will be able to register and edit their profiles directly through the DeSoOps portal.
- **Enhanced Notification System:** Mobile push notifications will inform users about private messages, and receipts of cryptocurrency, tokens, NFTs, and other important account activities.
- **DeSo Chat Compatibility:** Full compatibility with the [DeSo Chat Protocol](https://chat.deso.com) for uninterrupted communication within the DeSo network.
- **Comprehensive Wallet Dashboard:** A user-friendly dashboard to view all non-NFT assets such as crypto, tokens, and Creator Coins, reflecting accurate crypto and market values.
- **Customizable Alerts:** Users can customize their notification preferences to avoid unnecessary alerts, with an option to opt-out of mass-tagging and other disturbances.

## Fundraising Details

To realize these features, we require a budget of $4000. We have successfully raised $1000 thus far and plan to initiate further fundraising rounds to secure the necessary funds.

## DeSoOps Club Explained

DeSoOps operates with DAO-like features but is primarily managed by @JohnJardin through Agilit-e. This structure allows us to maintain a focused direction while incorporating community feedback into our operations.

- **Token-based Input:** Token holders are encouraged to submit feature requests and enhancements directly to @DeSoOps for consideration in future updates.
- **Investment Opportunities:** Support the development and expansion of DeSoOps by purchasing tokens during our funding rounds on [OpenFund](https://openfund.com/d/DeSoOps) or trading via the [DeSo DEX](https://openfund.com/trade/DeSoOps). These tokens not only help fund development but also entitle holders to a share of the generated revenue.

### Revenue Model and Tokenomics
- **Revenue Sources:** DeSoOps generates revenue through transaction fees, diamond tipping, Creator Coin Founders Reward, HeroSwap commissions, and planned monthly subscriptions (coming soon).
- **Revenue Distribution:** 50% of the revenue supports Agilit-e operations, and 50% is distributed among DeSoOps token holders, proportional to their token ownership. Revenue is only distributed to token holders who own a minimum of 100 tokens.
- **Token Sale Dynamics:**
   - **Current Price:** $0.03 per token as of 15th October 2024.
   - **Referral Incentive:** Earn a 5% commission for referring new participants.
   - **Token Pricing Model:** The price per token will increase by 10% for every $2000 raised, rounded to the nearest hundredth. For example:
       - After raising the next $2000, the price will increase from $0.03 to $0.04.
       - After an additional $2000, the price will increase from $0.04 to $0.05.
       - After raising another $2000 from a starting price of $0.10, the price will increase to $0.11.
       - **Starting from $0.11, after the next $2000, the price will increase from $0.11 to $0.12 + 10% of $0.12 = $0.132, rounded up to $0.13.**
   - **Reserve Rate:** 0% reserve rate.
